To test or not to test

OK. I'm 7 dpo. My cycles are usually 45-56 days and my breasts usually start hurting one week before my cycle. Well this month they've decided to start hurting three days ago. And it's not just a little bit. It's like my son can't even give me a hug without them hurting Lol. My nipple's look swollen and my breasts feel so heavy and full. Should I wait a little bit longer to take a test?
