I don't understand.

So today I caught my boyfriend looking at another girl's butt and I snapped on him.. He gets all upset and says he's sorry and I forgive him, hours later I text him saying I missed him and he responds with "NO" then after that, "sorry" so I'm sitting here trying to figure out what he meant, I text him saying "wym no? I can't miss you?" He reads it and then sends me a musically of him and his ex girlfriend who me and Jordyn both are friends with, I said aww. He reads it and doesn't respond. I'm so confused he would have texted me by now, it's 12:00 am.. I'm worried and paranoid at the moment. Can anyone explain to me what this means?
