I’m so much pain

I’m breastfeeding and pumping and using a bottle and it hurts every time he latches like horrible pain and then when I’m not breastfeeding my nipples hurt all the time like a constant pain. How can I make it stop? What can I do? I want to breastfeed but it’s starting to really take a toll on me with this pain
