Sexual harassment?!?! What should I do? Advice pls

A male friend invited me to the movies the other day and I didn’t really want to go but he was insisting persistently. While watching the movie he kept trying to touch me and I kept pushing his hands away and telling him “no” and to “stop”. But eventually he made me feel like I needed to let him touch my vagina since he was turned on already. I eventually stopped it by telling him that we should leave. I’m a virgin, I’ve never been in a relationship with a guy, I’ve never kissed a boy or done anything with a male WILLINGLY. This is the second time this is happened to me. The first was at a hotel and a guy starting feeling me up without my consent but I built up the courage to tell him to stop and he did unlike this one. The past 2 days I just feel horrible about myself and I blame myself for not doing more. 😭 what should I do?
