Is this a sign????

So last night I had a dream and at first it was a lovely dream where I had found out I was pregnant and it was a blessing from god himself but then it took a turn for the worst and I had a miscarriage. Now what you have to know is I’ve always wanted a kid but was told it was to risky well just the beginning of the year I got the news that maybe I actually could have a healthy baby and I really want to try with the guy of my dreams

but he’s not ready and that’s fine. Anyways I just needed to ask, do you guys think that this is a sign? Will I not be able to have a kid?
