Its not the amount of money you spend but the love you put into the present. We've always done drawing for fam names since we have a big one so we've always set a goal of 25$ and if your a smart shopper it goes a long way...

My husband and I just bought a house,  so everyone gets $25 presents this year😂

We buy for 6 kids that’s aren’t ours, 2 adults (my parents) each other and our 1 child. We will probably spend about $300 total (& mostly use points from Amazon 😉)

We have 5 kids (and one on the way), and live in CA. I’ll be lucky if I get out under 5k. 😐

We spend $75 per child (2) and 200 on each other. (Our gifts cost more) 
I'll probably go over this year though because I'm buying my husband new work boots which will run us about $175 minimum.

So much more this year than before we had a kid. Not only do my husband and I give gifts (to our parents, grandparents, nieces, and nephews) but now our son has to give gifts to his grandparents, godparents, and cousins. So basically we’re buying everyone two gifts. I think the cousin gifting becomes a bit much (he’s one of 7 ranging from 5 months to 11 years), but I also don’t want to be the one to “opt out” since it’s my husband’s family.

Well I’m gonna get my fiancé a game system but it’s used so it’ll only be about $150 & my family is small so all together what I get them will be about another $100. Not too much. We just found out we’re pregnant so we definitely aren’t gonna go crazy with the holiday spending.

We don’t typically do gifts for the adults in the family (except respective spouses). If we DO decide to exchange adult gifts, it’s usually something small and meaningful. We try and plan something to spend time together, instead.
Right now, there’s only four kids in the family (next year five with our baby girl!) so we spoil them a bit. Nothing too extravagant, we definitely spend solidly between $1,000 and $3,000 for our total Christmas.
