Opinions on the Diva cup?

Just bought my first menstrual cup, the diva cup and I was wondering if anyone had any advice or opinions on it?

I’ve heard it’s the longest one and it’s really firm so not a great starter one. But it could work for you. If you need any help with it putacupinit.com is a good resource and has info on all kinds of cups and has a quiz and charts to help you find the right one. Some cups also have return policies in case they don’t work for you

I just started with a diva cup too. The stem was a little long so I trimmed it, but other than that it has been awesome! No leaking or issues with it at all! Good luck to you!

I bought it and stopped using it. I got model 2 since I had a c section but I just didn’t feel comfortable at all!!! I ordered lunette model 1. Hope it’s better.

So I'm 16 and I've always hated pads and I needed something that lasted longer than tampons so I looked into the diva cup and my mom bought me one and I've used it for my last two periods and there is no leaking until the 12th hour and that's the recommend time period. It was easy to use the only thing is that taking it out is  a pain at school.

I’ve heard women say it’s stiff and long so they don’t like it. But it’s the first and only cup I’ve used and I don’t have anything negative to say about it. I feel like cups are like tampons, it takes a cycle or two for you to not notice them. And for some women the stem is too long so they constantly felt like something was there. For me, I used to be able to feel the stem, but since the second cycle using it, I don’t even notice it anymore. I’ve been using it for over 2 years now and I love it. Even though some women don’t like the firmness, I do because know it’s not going to lose its shape up in there, and possibly leak.
Two of my best friends also use the Diva Cup and love it as well.
