Tantrums and hitting/biting

I’m going crazy. My almost 18 month old is starting to get really frustrated over so many things. One day he’s a perfect angel, the next he’s so bad!!!! I feel like this is normal but just some reassurance? Or have I just ruined my child already? 😩
