I absolutely hate milk, the smell and just a drop of plain milk makes me sick. However i have it on my cereal BUT i have to drain the excess milk off or it will make me vomit. Itll be regular semi-skimmed cows milk

I like rice milk for my cereal or oatmeal or whatever, but I'm starting to really love coconut and almond milk! I only get the unsweetened. I'm dairy & gluten intolerant!

Lactose free 2%, but only if its in something because i don't like the sweet taste. I prefer the taste of regular 2% milk, but that's just asking for a bathroom beatdown.

Soy & almond. We use soy like we would normal & almond when we make protein shakes 😊😊 regular cows milk upsets my body sometimes
