It’s not bad, I prefer it. Slows down the cramping.

Not my favorite on heavy days. So light days only for us.

It was surprisingly awesome. My bf was so sweet about it. Shut off the light so I wouldn't be embarrassed, laid a towel on the bed for me, did everything at my pace, and even had baby wipes and paper towels by the bed for me that he had laid out ahead of time and he helped clean me up afterwards. He was such an angel about it. 10/10 would do again. Lol

Me and my GF of three years do it all the time, it actually relieves her cramps and flow. She always asks for it and as long as the flow isn’t too too heavy. I do it anytime she asks
