Husbands with ADHD

If you don't mind sharing...please let me know what it's like being married/engaged or dating a man with ADHD. My husband has not been diagnosed but has suspected he has had it for a long time now. His siblings all have it too. He blames his issues in our marriage on not being able to focus or control his emotional outbursts. There is no helping him. But with my anxiety..giving him space for like 24 hours doesnt help either.
