How to get rid of/fade stretch marks?

1 week PP. please help!! Didn't realize how bad they were until today 😣 please tell me there is a way to make them at least fade more than they would naturally

They are genetic. Learn to love them, they will fade some but be there for life. They are your tiger stripes mama, youve earned them

They will naturally fade in color but they will remain there. Nothing can get rid of them except cutting them out (tummy tuck). Depending on what their current color is, it may take a few weeks for them to fade but they will fade

Despite what everyone annoyingly says, they can go away for good if you stick to a good exfoliating routine and stay patient. I used a coffee scrub and sugar scrub in the shower and followed up with a vitamin E oil and good moisturizer every single time. It took 5 solid years of commitment with that routine but they went away. Once baby #2 is here, I’m going to start it up again to get rid of any that I have gained.

They look white already so I'd say they won't be getting any better or worse. It's honestly not that bad

My tummy looked exactly like yours pp, around 6 months they had faded and healed considerably. Unfortunately they will never fully go away, but if you're not into a tummy tuck there are laser treatments you can do to promote more healing.
