Comment what you think my chances are

I'm 4 dpo, 10 days before AF. I have had sex every day since October 21st, up until last night and today. I've been ttc for three months now, I never tried an opk until this new cycle. I took an opk test on 11/1 low, 11/2 high, 11/3 high, 11/4 high, and 11/5 peak fertility. On all of those days, my fiance and I bd'd multiple times throughout those days, ending with him finishing inside me and me having an orgasm. I really hope this is our month. I have been puking here lately, I usually do not puke and it takes a lot for me to puke. My nipples have been extremely sore, which is saying something bc I love my nips being pinched twisted so on and so forth. They never hurt. Now I cant touch them. My stomach feels like I've been doing ab crunches all day. I've been so sick to my stomach for two days now. I really want to expand my little family. This would be our first child together, and we want this. I've been taking prenatal vitamins everyday too. I hate the waiting period between your fertile week and your af. It feels like ages.
