Help!!

I have had sex twice this past week the first time was the day after my period ended, after sex I noticed I was spotting. I thought it was just cause my period just ended but last night it happened again. If was not like blood blood but like a more red then pink color. I looked online and first thing that popped up was cervix cancer. I am very scared of what it can be i have been with my husband for over 4 yrs and this is the first time this happens. Can anyone tell me what this can be?
