Have I dropped? 🤰🏼

These photos were taken 3 days apart. I’ve been getting a lot of pressure in my vag and bum for the last 3 weeks. I think she’s moved down but as I’m a FTM I’m not sure 🤷🏼‍♀️ I had trouble walking and lifting my legs up the stairs was agony tbh. Pulling from the right side of my abdomen. Then I started getting stabbing/throbbing pain in my back, I had it most of the day and it’s continued in to today 🙄 when I went to be monitored about a week ago, I was contracting every 6 minutes, but because they were just uncomfortable and not painful I was sent home. They said she’s 2/5 engaged which I know doesn’t mean she’ll be coming soon 🙂 I’m 34w5d, is this all from where she’s dropped and has she definitely dropped?
