Beetroot casing false positive test?
Anyone ever heard of beetroot causing a false positive pregnancy test?
I have a very faint line on two tests. I also noticed today my urine was a little pink. I’m quite sure this is due to beetroot consumption as I’ve done a urine sample test for pH, blood, protein etc and that has come up as normal.
I found a couple of websites online about how discoloured urine (eg from eating beets, rhubarb etc) can cause false positives.
Any other stories on this?
