What are my chances?

So I think I’m pregnant but I don’t know , I tested but I feel like I might’ve tested to early because there is a like but very faint and the test said to wait 2-10 mins for a result and my positive showed up after 13, I know because I timed it lol , (really wanting this baby) the other test was weird though, the line that goes across the test only halfway filled in. But for about a week and a half now I’ve have the same symptoms, I’ve been so tired , I’ve been sleeping all day , I haven’t had an appetite, I get nauseous but I don’t throw up , I’m craving beef blood (like very rare steak) and chocolate and that’s the only thing I want to eat, I’m only drinking water because I have a drug test on Wednesday. I have cramping pains on both the left and right lower quadrants of my stomach and my ribs are achy , my lower back hurts until it’s uncomfortable. I stay burning up. I wake up with a stuffy nose and my allergies stay messed up all day. I’m short of breath , my nipples are sensitive and the veins are more visible🤷🏼‍♀️ me and my fiancé don’t have sex regularly, he works 14 hours a day on a farm. I’m having like flu symptoms without having the flu . My hips are killing me too . And my nipples can’t stand hot water they’re so sensitive . I don’t know . Someone help a girl out.
