subchorionic bleed?

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and had a gush of bright red blood last night. I went to the bathroom and there was more blood when I wiped. Ultrasound was good with a good heartbeat of 168. I have a small subchorionic bleed. Anyone else had one?

Yes, I had bleeding on and off for 2 weeks starting at week 8. Had an u/s and the sch was discovered. Then the bleeding stopped, only to be resumed for two days at 11 weeks with a big gush of dark red blood. Had an u/s after the 11 week bleed and it had resolved itself. I'm now 30 weeks and baby is fine. Just rest and stay hydrated, I know it can be nerve wracking!

Yes I did around 8 weeks- bright red blood even a couple of clots- was put on pelvic rest and light bed rest- follow up ultrasound a week later showed it was gone! 22 weeks now and baby is healthy

Yes! I've had it twice! Just yesterday I was bleeding and I would consider it a light to medium period flow... I was so nervous. I went in today for an ultrasound and everything looked good.. Heartbeat is 138 and the baby is fine... The nurse said it happens with some people. It appears as though I had a tiny bleed in my uterus and its trying to work its way out but they said it isn't a concern! Hope this helps.

I did too but it only lasted a day. Now I am 20wks with a health little girl :) get some rest!

Yup I has one too . Try to rest as much as possible mine lasted about three weeks then went away on its own.

I do! It started the first week of July and finally just slowed down. Freaked me out but everything is fine with baby.

I was diagnosed at 13 weeks and I'm 19 weeks 4 days and mine is still there

I have one. Discovered at 8 weeks. 10 weeks now, no bleeding at all, but still there the same size. They are monitoring it and doctors say they are not overly concerned right now, just no lifting, sex, or heavy exercise .
