TTC after laparoscopy

My story is a bit different, always had regular periods, never any pain with sex, not much bloating, etc. A couple months ago I started getting random sharp pains in my left pelvic area, my dr sent me for an ultrasound and turns out I had huge chocolate cysts on both ovaries. Last Friday I had a laparoscopy to remove the cysts and the dr found severe stage 4 Endo on both ovaries, right Fallopian tube and my colon... I was wondering how long it took you guys to get pregnant after surgery and if you needed fertility help
