Proctor exam rant

So I’m taking an online course and I had the exam mailed to my proctor. The woman that I spoke to told me that I could take pics of the exam as long as they could read it and I could send it in. Well I got a call saying that wasn’t right, blah blah blah, and my program got suspended and i failed the class. I paid $300. I tried to reason with her and she said she had every right since the exam wasn’t done properly, and I said that’s what I was told to do! She still suspended it.
