Needing advice about hpt result

So I cramped on 1st two days af was due & then it stopped. My breasts are veiny and swollen a little but not too sore. This should be day 4 of cycle but no spotting or anything. I took a digital hpt and it said pregnant and then I took a regular test however the line was faint. According to start of last period I should be 4 weeks 3 days........should I be worried about the faint line??????? I’m a little nervous, this will be baby #2 for our family.
