When to use Preseed?

I recently gave in and bought preseed but for some reason I am so nervous about using it! When am I supposed to start? I tried taking ovulation tests to track but that was sooo stressful so now I try and go by CM - there are definite changes around the time I’m supposed to o so I’m pretty sure I know about when I ovulate.

You can honestly use it whenever you’re going to have sex. I ALWAYS use it around ovulation. We have it and it’s been good...but I highly recommend using a small dose, maybe around the the number 2 line. When I first bought it I went to 3.5!! Wow...that was a terrible experience 😂 also, just lay there for about 15 min with the preseed inside and play on your phone, read a book, watch tv, etc and then yell for him 😂 so romantic I know 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve been using preseed for a year now. No Positive yet but, I’m 5 days late for my period and still getting negative test.

Just use it anytime you’re going to bd. You insert it with the applicator and then lay down to let it distribute for about 15 minutes.
