What are you mommy’s stacking up already?

I’m just wondering what are u girls stacking up on already before baby comes I mean is there things I should buy that are not for baby but I should have enough of? I currently have absolutely nothing I read a post where some one is stacking up on shampoo deodorants etc for the home any one else doing this? 🤔

I probably won’t. I liked getting out of the house and shopping with my first right away, walking around Target always put him right to sleep. Plus I’m moving right before this one’s born and I am not interested in moving stockpiles on top of everything else.

I wouldn’t suggest stocking up any lotions, shampoos or creams for the baby. I feel like I have so many unopened things that were gifted to us sitting on the bottom shelf of our changing table 
Personally with our son we ended up favoring products over others so you’re sol if you end up with tons of one brand 
The process of returning crap isn’t always fun BUT I swearrrrr I NEVER returned so many things to target until after having my son. I was cut off for awhile 😂🙄

I don’t really stock up but I do buy almost everything from like samsclub online so I don’t have to go out much . Plus we have a big family so it makes sense. I do stock up on diapers , wipes , formula, but that’s about it . When the baby is a newborn I don’t take them out tho , so I only go to the store when my husband is home so he can stay with the baby . And no one is allowed in our house for the first 2-3 months . Outside germs scare me 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m only getting a few maternity bits and the odd baby thing. I’m not worried about household things as it’s still a long way off and if I’m not up to shopping I have a competent husband who can do it or we can get a delivery (I can very much understand single mothers maybe making sure they’re stocked up for a few weeks though so it’s one less thing to worry about as there’s more for them to manage). It is difficult to know when to start buying what though! I’m probably going to leave the big stuff until quite late on just so I don’t have it cluttering up the house before we need them x

First baby I had a stash of diapers, wipes, pads and homemade frozen "padsicles", toiletries for myself and food in the freezer.

Buy yourself some breastfeeding tanks if you’re planning on breastfeeding, make sure you have atleast a pack of pads, shampoo, laundry soap, snacks and easy foods for you to eat and have breastfeeding pads
