YOU GUYS- importance of waiting with ovulation tests

Hey guys! I just wanted to share some info I learned today! Maybe it’ll help others out who are ttc. I use the clear blue digital smiley face ovulation kits. I took an ovulation test today around 1 pm and it was a negative blank circle. I repeated the test at 3:30pm because I had a feeling it should be a smiley, this being the day it usual is in the cycle (CD 16) and sure enough it was a positive LH surge smiley face! Hours do make a difference! I say it’s best to wait until 2 pm to test as LH sometimes doesn’t synthesize until later on in the day! Usually I’ll test between 2 pm and 4 pm. Hope this helps at least one of you out there pinpoint your ovulation day!
