Braxton hicks?? Its kinda long but please read.. need advice

I'm 30w6d I've been extremely stressed the last couple of days. My b-i-l(brother in law) lives with me and my husband because he is a deadbeat dumb ass that can't do anything for himself even tho he is 43 years old for the last week he has been doing everything to piss me off. Well he started his stuff again earlier and got my BP up. I talked to my husband, didn't really get anywhere tho.. any way I had this really horrible pain in my lower right back that moved around to the front of my stomach is this normal or should I be worried. I've had 2 miscarriages. Any advice please
