Help Community!

Had to terminate my pregnancy due to serious complications at 14 weeks, on July 7th 2018. Before that I had a 28 -30 day , bleed for 6-7 normal period Cycle! I got my period for 9 days for the first time in August and then again in September. I started TTC September's cycle )21) day until

now. October's was 25 days. Bleeding 15-21st. I haven't bled yet... no positive pregnancies test, my boobs are sore.. I visited the Dr who shoved his hand inside and said all is well. I've had cramps all month 88% of the time. I have a 2nd opinion appointment the 28th but what's going on!?!? What do you guys think? On a short cycle I read implantation can occur 3-4 days after a missed period. HELP!
