Miscarriage.. please help!

My last period started 8 weeks ago. I done a test 4 weeks ago and it was negative. I was lying in bed tonight and felt a horrible pain in my vagina and lower stomach. I went to the toilet and had blood on the top of my inside leg and quite a bit. My stomach has been so sore for the past 4 hours or so and I’ve been sick twice. It’s more blood clots than normal blood. Do I need to go to the hospital? Can I just wait this out at home? Is this a miscarriage?
