AF 3 days late- BFN

I was due for AF 3 days ago I tested 2x and got a BFN the day of due period and yesterday. I have mild cramping and really sore nipples. AF is NEVER late and my mild cramps and sore boobs started about 3 days ago. Could I still be pregnant? Or should I stop getting my hopes up?
