First OB appt! Help!

I'll be 10 weeks and 4 days tomorrow and we are having our first ob appt! I'm freaking out! I have so many emotions! They told me we will get to hear the babys heartbeat (no ultrasound tho) and also do tons of blood work. What else usually happens at the first appt? What kind of questions do I need to ask or should ask? Are they going to check down there? (Should I do some landscaping? Lol silly question i know) This is our first baby so everything is new to me! Thanks!
