I had a positive in FRER this morning, but when my blood test came back it was negative this afternoon. The nurse said since I had a positive this morning, it could be that the blood test didn’t pick up enough hcg to consider it positive and to test in a few days to a week. Has anyone ever had this and actually be pregnant? Any advice helps!

No. Blood tests are way more accurate. They can detect HCG even at the non-pregnant levels.

I read that some blood tests aren’t considered positive unless they read anything higher than 25. Does anyone think that could be the case, or do you think it’s just a plain old no go?

It is very much possible if it was a qualitative test! If it was quantitative less likely.
