Should I lose hope? 😞

Question

2 days ago my HCG was 14.5 and today it’s 37. 
My progesterone was 3.36 which is very low
I am 18DPO, so 4 weeks 5 days pregnant 
The doctors keep telling me these are very low numbers and I am so scared and sad. Should I be worried about losing this pregnancy?

Answer

I would be concerned about the progesterone. They didn’t prescribe suppositories?
