Not pregnant with elevated prolactin and breast leakage. Please help!!!!

My nipples leak clear fluid and I'm definitely not pregnant. I was told this could be a sign of PCOS. I went to the doc a while ago and they did an MRI to look for a pituitary tumor because of the high prolactin number. Thank god they said the MRI was clear and nothing was found. That's when the doc said since it's not a tumor it could be PCOS. What else could it be. Is this normal? I'm so scared and confused.
