Help meeee

Need your help! I had a misscarriage on 12th July, so around 17 weeks ago. They told me to test a couple of weeks after to make sure there was nothing left, that came back negative. I haven’t had a bleed or a period since the misscarriage, I’m going through the doctors now to try and sort it but I did this test a couple of weeks ago to check it wasn’t that before I went (this pic was taken straight after the test was done) I know it’s smudged but not sure if there’s a shadow or a line or what? I took it as negative the first time it’s only because I’ve been feeling a bit weird that I’ve looked back on pictures! Long confusing situation I know 🙈
