Implantation bleeding or AF??

Super confused I have had brown discharge for 4 days now but no period... No cramps or sore boobs but no AF ether... Is this implantation or am I just reading in it too much?? Any advise ladies...

Probably an flow but the truth about ib is it can last anywhere from a couple of hour to 3days. It just depends on your body.

From what I've read IB is light pink and only last a few hours up to a day! :/ But good luck!
