Do you think I'm ok??

According to my last period I was 6 wks 5 days yesterday and my ultrasound only showed a gestational sac. No yolk or fetal pole. I will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to hear from my dr. They think I may have ovulated late since my hcg levels were on the low end last week. We had sex on July 5&7. On July 11-12 I had spotting and it may have been from ovulation. My period was supposed to start July 27 but never did and I didn't test until August 2 and that is when I got my positive.
