How often do you take an OPK?
After being on BCP for 11 years with no periods to treat endometriosis, I went off it in May and didn't track anything until the end of July. I have been taking ovulation tests since my period ended and tomorrow starts my predicted fertility days. I have only been testing once a day in the morning, should I be testing more often?
