What makes you nauseous?

A lot of us get nausea in the first trimester and I've been extremely nauseous lately... I was wondering, are there certain foods I should be avoiding? I've been having horrible nausea to fried foods lately. Are there any other possible foods that I should avoid?

Fried and greasy food too, soft textured food, and mostly liquids ( specially water). Mm, smelly food, beans, too sugary stuff, god even people's noise made me nauseous..

Apparently being conscious is enough to make me sick. Fun!! And I thought I was just about out of the woods. My little bean baby is laughing at me!

Car rides!!! 😞😞😞😖they are the worst! I always had motion sickness but lately it's unbearable

Sweet foods!!! 😖😖😖😖😖all I ate during my first trimester was potatoes n salt and pasta that's all I could handle salty foods help for some reason!

Anything sweet, dairy, oatmeal (was my favorite!), any large chunk of meat (chicken/steak), hard fruits, protein bars, granola bars.... It's a never ending list. Only thing I can tolerate lately are pasta based dishes, and carbs. It's rough, I had no idea food averisons were sooooo real!
