Need help! BFN or possible +?

Question

So I think this is a negative but I'm confused because shouldn't the line be going horizontal like a negative sign (-)? Why is it positioned the other way going vertically? The other line is extremely faint so that's why I'm doubtful it's a BFP. This is the EPT test. Anybody use it? Do the lines have to be a certain way?

Thanks! I'm going to take it again in the morning just to check again. I literally just stopped Nuva Ring last month after a period and haven't even gotten a new period yet off the ring. That's why I was so doubtful.

The horizontal line is a control line. The vertical makes it a positive. The vertical is VERY dark on your test. Congrats!!
