What can I do!?

Oksyyyy so I know this looks gross but I need help. I’m getting put on accutane in early December for obvious reasons lol but what can I do to make this go away!? I am on antibiotics, I’ve tried ice, heat, vinegar , cortizone cream, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid literally anything you can think of but it’s still SO BIG. Any idea how to make it look no so massive. Anything helps!

Okay so I’ll update; it looks ALOT better the antibiotics have started to clear it up and I have been putting tea tree oil on it and have cut dairy and drinking water for the last week (since I posted lol) and I should be starting my period tomorrow and you know how hormones can be so hopefully after all that is over with it will be almost gone. Then I start accutane in 2 weeks, hoping for the best! Thank you so so so much for everything y’all have said the comments were really sweet and helpful I really didn’t think I’d get this much feedback!
