Small penis

Hi girls!

Need advice. My partner doesn’t have a very big penis and sometimes it takes him ages to cum and we have to try lots of different positions for him to cum. Is there anything I can do to make it better for him? I do kegal exercises pretty much everyday but I feel like it’s not working and it’s making me really self conscious - he tells me don’t worry but if I can’t make him cum then I’m afraid we will split.

Any advice on tricks would be amazing!
