Midwives brew

In 12 hours I went from a closed 1cm 0 thinning to a very open 5 cm:)

Here’s our story...

At 730 I started my first brew with some substitutions. And at 830 had a check up and was dilated to a 1 and closed. And 30 minutes after started contractions. Every 1-3 minutes until 15:00 and than they started to space every 7-10 minutes. After walking and running my errands I did another brew at 1900 and contractions started at 2000🙌🙌🙌. And after going on at 2130 I had my husband lay it on me and we fell asleep. But at 2230 contractions woke me and we every 2-3 minutes for an hour. I kept feeling like I had to pee and every time I did I felt a pop (my body was pushing) and at 2330 the last pop led to some bleeding so my husband took me in and at 1230 I was dilated to 5🤞🤞🤞 and finally admitted and immediately requested an epidural. After an hour of being there and contractions every minute it was epidural time... except I was only getting 30 seconds in between and my body still trying to push... I couldn’t hold back. And while trying to administer my epidural my body pushed so hard my water broke on its own and once finally put in but of course no time to take effect 2 minutes later and yelling at my nurse she’s coming (of course I was wrong and no she wasn’t and blah blah.) I fly my legs open and was crowning and after an accidental push her head came and than another push came her on the bed. At 37.4 I delivered a very healthy 6.19 lbs 19 inches Lincoln Marie Rose at 2:13 on 13.11.2018
