How to avoid speculation when you refuse drinks at family gatherings?

Holidays are coming up and if I’m pregnant, I’m not going to be able to drink but I am not ready to tell my family I’m pregnant yet. How do I refuse without causing speculation from family or how do I get creative and trick them into thinking I’m drinking 😂

Can always tell them you are on antibiotics and cant drink.  Or if you are a beer drinker, just grab a can of whatever you drink, empty it and refill with water or soda

I accepted the wine. Took teensy sips. "Forgot about it" during conversations. If near the kitchen put it down and go to the bathroom and 'forget it". Once it was just me and my friend so I took the wine, complained of heartburn and said it sucks because the wine is making it worse, so I took tums in front of her. No one knew.

Take a beer bottle to the bathroom, dump it out and fill it with water (will only work if it’s a can or dark bottle). If it’s wine you like, accept a glass (if someone poops it for you) and take it to the bathroom dump it out and fill it with fake wine. Like Fre (nonalcoholic wine) or grape juice. Or make your own mixed drink and pretend to poor liquor in it and just poor the chaser. I dodged suspicion for awhile on the drinking thing so if you need more options let me know lol
