TTC Almost 2 years!

My past cycle I was on fermara & metformin for PCOS to help me conceive. This wait to test has been driving me nuts today is finally the day 14 dpo & the day af is supposed to arrive. For the past couple days & yesterday being the worst i had mild cramping. This morning I had a negative test and no cramping today. Could I be pregnant?!? Im so anxious! 😬
