I told him I didn’t want anything for my birthday, just to go out to dinner. He takes me to a tiny little Italian place that makes pizza from scratch, so yummy! We conceived our little peanut in Rome on our honeymoon, and I’m always craving carbs! Haha. He also buys me these beautiful flowers and these charms for my Pandora bracelet, an L (my first initial), an M (his first initial), and an N (our baby girl’s soon to be first initial), as well as a Mama elephant and a baby elephant with a pink balloon. So cute. My pregnant ass cried so much hahahaha
