Running every day helps tons. Every time I run I notice that I can run a little further or a little faster each time. Even if you start out by just jogging a mile.

I’m 16 and applied a few months ago to get into Harrogate army college..however I’m constantly getting people saying “like iff you’ll get in” or “your not strong enough for that”. I’m very strong minded and determined to get in and really want to prove them wrong cause it’s as if they just want me to fail.
So does anyone know how to say motivated and get better and faster at longer distance runs as that’s my only weakness? Thanks
