16 weeks today. Is it okay to do this?
Since I turned 16 weeks maybe even when I was 15 weeks I’ve felt flutters, a lot. Especially when I’m laying down. I’ve been playing with belly trying to see if I can get it to kick or if I can just see anything. Is it okay to play like this? I dont want to hurt the baby, but I have been playing with my belly just pressing down for a few seconds but for like 30 minuets at a time. Is this okay?
