So nose bleed after sex? Ot plan b?

So I'm on birth control however since being in a long distance I've been taking them really late and last week I had my period and then as a surprise my bf came. And we did it many times but we didn't use a back up and I've have been 100℅ I know chances where low but I took it since I have been taking it on time like 4 hours late sometimes or 5. But it was amazing tho the time togther like amazing!!??? But after I came home I have a nose bleed and usually don't get them!

I've taken plan b before and while I was son the pill so I'm not that worry and plus I'm a on a really low low dose pill.

But has anyone else got a nose bleed after sex??
