My poor man 💔
My partner celebrated his birthday today but also had to talk about his twin sister who died 5 hours after they were born. He stood at her grave and gave her flowers. Today he also sound out his low sperm count is the reason we are struggling to have children and is devastated. He watched my run around with his nephew longing for a child of our own... he even picked out names he liked.
I feel useless not being able to cheer him up. 💔
