What is this coming from ??

I’m 14 weeks and I keep getting sharp/shooting pains on either side of my lower stomach . Anyone else have this ? I don’t want to worry too much but wondering what it could be from . 🤭 they aren’t unbearable or anything . Just uncomfortable . Thanks for reading 😊 please share any experiences !
