Relationship help

My boyfriend and I have been dating since July this year, we used to work together so we are pretty close anyway. I had an ER visit last night only to find out I have clamydia! I was shocked and certainly didn’t know what to think. My boyfriend was present and states it’s from his ex! I’m almost 33 years old in 2 weeks! We were planning on ttc after his training! I feel like I am damaged now like there’s no chance of conception! He even knows I only have one tube as it is!
